Hampstead Preowned Rocks!

We visited Hampstead Pre-Owned on a recommendation from a friend. We had the pleasure of meeting with Alan Taylor, who was friendly, informative, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Saturdays are busy at HPO but we were always well taken care of. We looked at a few cars and took them for test drives. Found the one my son liked and entered into the buying process. It was extremely smooth. No hidden fees, no up charges, and settled on an agreeable price. Bernard assisted with financing and did a great job finding the best loan possible to put my son in a car that met his financial needs. I would definitely recommend HPO!!!

As soon as I walked in the door she quickly greeted me with a warm smile and offered to assist me and make the experience as seamless as possible. We had fun laughing while she was trying to not only understand my needs but meet my needs in the type of car I wanted. She helped from the time I test drove and chose the car I wanted to purchase until the last of the paperwork was signed. Any concerns I had she made sure to address them and explain. Best car-buying experience Ive ever had! Arrived and was out within 2.5 hours as I drove off with my new car. They provided snacks and toys for the kids, which helped keep them occupied during our visit. Mike G was super helpful and explained everything so it was easy to understand. Super happy with my purchase - got a great car at a great price. Highly recommend!!!

The only place who didn’t lie when they said I would get approved and I did . We weren’t there that long either . Morelia made the process smooth and easy . She could sense I was on edge so she made me feel at ease with the process especially since this is the first time I’ve brought a car at a dealership. The finance manager was extremely clear and didn’t tell me any falsified information and I appreciate that . He spoke to me in terms I understood which made it easier for me to sign everything . The service department also gave me a new windshield and balanced my tires . They took their time with my car . I’m happy now that I have a reliable car with low miles . My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Hampstead Pre-Owned. We drove an hour on Saturday eve and the place was packed with customers (good sign✅). Although it was busy our Salesman, Allen took the time to acknowledge our presence and assist us. Bernard, the Sales Manager was also helpful in assisting b/c it was super busy. Essentially, everyone greeted us with a smile and offered to assist. Even though our windshield needed to be replaced due to a small crack, Allen arranged for it to be fixed at our location to avoid driving back. We are super pleased with our 2021 Corolla and the exemplary service we received. Hope from Customer Relations has even called to ensure we were happy with the process. BIG Kudos to entire team!! Definitely will be apart of the Repeat Customers Club 😊

Buying a vehicle at Hampstead was very easy. The staff was very friendly, they were extremely busy on a Saturday but after test driving a few cars. I went with something I already had a Santa Fe Sport and drove off that day. I highly recommend this place for you next purchase.
