Hampstead Pre-Owned has come full circle. You know how important our campaigns are to us. Our very first campaign was to help a veteran and his family. Now we are able to help someone who spends their life helping local veterans in Carroll Co. Most of you have probably seen or heard of David Bailey and all he does for our local vets. He began by giving them free, handcrafted, walking sticks. Then he began collecting firewood to deliver to vets who could not afford to heat their homes without it. This mission grew exponentially. Even the city is helping out by giving him storage and occasional assistance locating or cutting wood. Overall though, David spends his life and his meager disability to give back to the veterans who have given so much. Unfortunately, the one thing you could not imagine him doing without is the one thing he does not have… a truck! Well, Hampstead Pre-Owned loves what he does and wants to do what we can to help. We are starting a go fund me to raise funds for us to get him a truck to make his work easier. We will match up to $6,000 of donations in order to get him into a truck. Let give back to the man who gives back so much!!
